Please be sure to pay in full when making the booking or your session or event spot will NOT be saved for you.

Pre-payment is the only way we book sessions as people used to book and say they would be paying in person and then they wouldn’t show up for the session, so we do not take in person payments at this time.

It does say that is an option when on the booking platform, but it is not an option if you want to book a spot. 

(all payments are non-refundable.) If the session must be canceled due to a major issue, please email Karie prior and she will look at the possibility of rebooking, but it may not be an option either. 

If something comes up for Karie she will reschedule the session. She has been in Brainerd for over 10 years doing this work with this payment method. 

If you need to pay with cash, please email Karie and there may be a way to make that payment to book the session still.
